Are there any placement fees on top of the subscription? ▾
No — never. Your subscription covers access to the talent pool. You can unlock as many profiles as your plan allows and hire from any of them with zero additional fees. That's the whole point.
What happens if I need more unlocks than my plan allows? ▾
You can purchase additional unlock credits at any time, or upgrade to a higher tier. Unused credits roll over for up to 30 days. Contact our team and we'll sort it out quickly.
Can I cancel at any time? ▾
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
How is the talent pool kept high quality? ▾
Every professional is reviewed and qualified by our team before being added to the platform. We assess their experience, qualifications and discipline fit. Profiles are also kept current — we remove inactive or outdated profiles regularly.
What does the professional membership fee cover? ▾
